Here is a list of projects completed during the 2004-2005 winter:

Plumbing

bulletReplaced all four heads with Tecma units.  This ultra quiet freshwater system is the state of the art. With push button flush there is no need to "learn" how to use a marine head!
bulletCapped extra thru-hull fittings in sea chest and hull (from previous sea water heads).
bulletReplaced Macerator pump with T12 diaphragm pump and added timer in circuit.
bulletReplaced all black water hoses with white PVC "no smell" hoses.
bulletReplaced all freshwater hoses from water tanks to pump, hot water and relocated strainer for easier access.
bulletInstalled air bleeder in domestic water system.
bulletReplaced all fuel tank site tubes.
bulletMain fuel tanks drained, manways opened and tanks scrubbed
bulletRe-plumbed supply oil reservoir and replaced all hoses.
bulletInstalled Delta shower head/hose in each shower.

Electronics

bulletReplaced the Echotec chart plotter with an integrated computer including 17" flat screen monitor and Nobeltec 7.0 Software. Computer is powered by a dedicated inverter.
bulletAdded small screen Garmin color GPS/Charter on Fly Bridge including charts Puget Sound to Port Hardy.
bulletReplaced existing Benmar 2000 autopilot with ComNav 1101 autopilot including rate stabilizing compass, and remote location on Bridge and Wheelhouse bench seat.
bulletInstall new intercom system. (VIP, Master, Wheelhouse, Bridge, Engine Room, Cockpit, Galley)
bulletAll new Sound system. Panasonic CD, Amp, Speakers on Bridge, Salon, California Deck and Wheelhouse.
bulletInstalled new hour meters on both engines and both generators.

Deck Hardware

bulletRemoved, inspected and remarked primary anchor chain. (White @25', Blue @50', Red @100')
bulletMaintained primary windlass (Plath #4) including new brake and tension spring allowing easier deployment.
bulletRebuilt teak swim platform and finished with oil

Mechanical

bulletRebuilt LPG stove including new burner dispersion covers, knobs and oven thermostat.
bulletInstalled new galley exhaust fan.
bulletInstalled new engine room exhaust fans.
bulletService engines and generators.
bulletBuilt tool box cabinet in engine room.
bulletServiced Stabilizers.
bulletRebuilt engine room floor to provide easier access to batteries.
bulletServiced Hynautic shifters.

Exterior Finish

bulletRefinished railings on California deck, covered walkways, Portuguese bridge and bow down to bare wood with eight coats of Epifanes.
bulletTwo coats bottom paint.
bulletComplete exterior buff and wax.

Interior Finish

bulletRefinished Wheelhouse sole.
bulletNew cushions and upholstery for salon couch.
bulletNew window draperies in salon and staterooms.
bulletUpgrade Salon furnishings
bulletAdded historical perspective in wheelhouse.

Accessories

bulletNew bimini top, Black Sunbrella.
bulletProvided stainless steel crab pot.
bulletProvided two fishing rods and reels.
bulletProvided the "Daves" memorial toaster.
bulletSpliced all new braid on braid dock lines.
bullet6 new black G6 Fenders.
